Item(s) may only be exchanged because of a gross misrepresentation of the Item(s) description.
Item(s) may only be exchanged for a similar Item or a credit can be issued towards a future purchase.
Any refund issued will display as a Merchandise Refund Credit - GIJOE in the Billing Section of your Personal Menu.
You can use this credit at ANY time to purchase Item(s) from Member GIJOE. |

| Credit Card Policy 2: SHIPPING -
Shipping costs vary inside the continental USA.
For most Item(s) we offer FREE 1st shipping/handling/insurance/and/or signature confirmation.
In the case of a gross misrepresentation of the Item(s) description we will refund the cost of shipping the Item(s) back to us.
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition, with the original packaging and shipping materials at the BUYERS expense.
We will pay for all shipping costs incurred provided that the BUYER supplies the SELLER with an official receipt from the shipper.
The same shipping method must be used to return the Item(s) to the SELLER that was used to send the Item(s) to the BUYER. |
